Welcome to this rather unique farmhouse with a huge swimming pool, set in almost a quarter of a million square metres of Orange Grove...

The farmhouse has its own pool measuring 17m x 7m... Yes that’s right, 17m x 7m all to yourself !

Most of the time, you will probably not see or hear anyone on the farm, but there may be the odd occasion when you might see the farm-hand, his wife, or the farm manager....and that may be only to give you some freshly picked oranges ! The rest of the time you are on your own enjoying everything the farmhouse has to offer... including that huge pool. Shall we go straight to the photos ?...

The farmhouse sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms; 2 double bedrooms, (one with a shower room), and one twin bedroom. The Farmhouse is situated one mile north-east of Moncarapacho town, and can be seen on the Eastern Algarve map on the homepage, and on the Travel Guide map. The layout of the farmhouse can be seen on the floor plan, and the pool dimensions and depths can be seen on the pool plan, (see below).

Change over days are flexible, but must fit in well with existing bookings. The earliest check-in time at the farmhouse is 16:00 hrs and the latest check-out time is 11.00 hrs.

Welcome to the farmhouse !

The bathroom

Outside the farmhouse - As you enter the grounds, at the top of the driveway there are farm buildings on the left hand side, (where the farm-hand and his wife live). To the right, is the farmhouse. From here you can see the pool, which is 80 metres further on. The pool sizes are shown in the pool plan.

A large terrace surrounds the farmhouse, the east-facing having a built-in barbeque, the west-facing having stairs to a large roof-terrace.

Looking further afield, you have panoramic views over the orange trees and Cabeça Hill to the north...

So what is the farmhouse like inside ?  From the entrance door, you enter the lounge. The lounge is equipped with a satellite TV and a wood burning fire. From here you enter the open plan dining and kitchen area, which is well equipped for your self catering holiday. From the dining area, is a hallway leading to the three bedrooms and the bathroom. The house interior is shown in the farmhouse floor plan.
