Lidia’s Villa - Cabanas & Manta Rota region, Algarve, Portugal

Welcome to Lidia’s Villa - situated near the centre of Santa Rita, a small Portuguese village. Being only a very short drive from the N125 main road, you are within very easy reach of Cabanas to the west and Manta Rota to the east.  You also have some fabulous beaches in between, and for the golfers amongst you, the Quinta da Ria golf course. The villa sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms,  has a private pool, and is set in a small mature garden.

Outside the villa -  The gated villa has countryside views all the way down to the sea, and can be enjoyed from either the poolside or from the shaded terrace. The terrace makes an ideal spot to take in the view or perhaps enjoy a good meal. On the edge of the terrace is an outside shower room and WC.  The raised pool is 5m x 6.5m, (click to see it’s plan with sizes and depths). Outside steps take you to a small roof terrace.

Inside the villa - It has a double and a twin bedroom. The kitchen diner is very well equipped with all you need for a self catering holiday. The twin-aspect lounge is bright and comfortable, where you can relax and enjoy the 42” flat screen TV, with all the channels that the skybox can throw at you !

Almost immediately after submitting a reservation form, you will receive an email confirming that your reservation form has been received, and that it is being dealt with. Please note that your reservation is not a confirmed booking until a deposit payment has been received.

What are the arrival days, check-in and check-out times ?

Change over flexible and to fit in well with existing bookings. The earliest check-in time at the villa is 16:00 hrs and the latest check-out time is 11.00 hrs.
