Outside the villa - The villa is situated in a fenced, mature garden, behind large gates. There is plenty of parking in the front garden, as the villa is set back some distance from the gates. To the rear of the villa, is your swimming pool, 6m (19’8) x 3m (9’10), with depths from 1.05m (3’5) to 1.5m (5’), and a sun terrace beside. The covered outside terrace has a built-in barbeque and shaded dining area. The curved staircase takes you to the upper terrace and a further spiral iron staircase takes you to the roof terrace. From here you can see Barril in the distance, and views of the countryside - A perfect spot to sit...and relax...

So what is the villa like inside ?  From the entrance door, you enter a hallway leading to a small lounge with satellite TV, opening to a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. A door leads to the outside via the covered outside barbeque area. Also from the hallway is a bathroom, a shower room, and a utility room. Stairs lead to the first floor, where you will find a double bedroom, passing another shower room, and leading onto another bedroom with three single beds. There is a door from the bedroom which opens to the upper terrace.
