Fábrica beach lays just 3.7km south of our lovely Lidia’s Villa in the village of
Santa Rita. Fábrica has a small car park, and whilst parking can be a little tricky
in the holiday season, don’t let this put you off paying a visit.
Fábrica is situated to the south of the N125 main road, between Manta Rota and Cabanas.
The turning off the N125, is at the crossroads where north is signposted to Santa
Rita, and south is signposted to the village of Cacela Velha. Fábrica is not signposted
here, but you must follow the sign to Cacela Velha. After 1.3km, it is signposted
to the right. A further 0.5km, and you are there...
Getting to the ocean beach at Fábrica is easy. At low tide you can walk across the
sands, (paddling in the warm shallow waters on the way), and at high tide, you can
catch a small aqua taxi.
Enjoy the absolutely huge expanse of sand... Welcome to Fábrica !
